Migrate to the latest Theia

It should be done by analogy with https://github.com/theia-ide/theia-extension-example
@akosyakov it looks like the stuff the theia generator creates is not runnable (just saw it creates stuff in the parent as well)
#10 total theia/ts noob, seems to work OK though despite warnings while building etc.
