Asciidoc admonitions - weird formatting of admonitions with multiple paragraphs

I know that usually admonitions should be short texts, but there is a weird behavior if multiple paragraphs are used in a admonition block. Every paragraph goes in a new column (and not in a new "row"), so when there are more than two paragraphs or a bulleted list, the result is quite unreadable.
