"Terminate batch job" prompt appears twice when stopping the site locally

To reproduce:

Run bundle exec jekyll serve
Wait for site to finish building
Press CTRL+C to close the site
Terminate batch job (Y/N)? prompt appears twice

A bit of an annoying bug :/
