Trackpad not working

I have upgraded to 10.15.2 and nothing I have tried gets the trackpad to work again. Any ideas?

Did you try rebuilding your kextcache?

Actually I'm experiencing the same issue. Rebuilding the kextcache did not fix the problem.

I had issues with trackpad and audio. I'm by far no expert here, however, what I did to get them all to work is to redownload the repo, redo everything, and copy the CLOVER folder back over to the EFI. Then I installed the extensions required to LE. At this point audio still wasn't working so I also installed Lilu.kext and AppleALC.kext to LE. Boom, got audio and trackpad both going on 10.15.2. Now I just need to get my DW1560 bluetooth to work!

ninja edit: of course don't forget to rebuild kextcache too...

Update... Now my 9360 reboots everytime I try to boot. Had to take AppleALC and Lilu out of LE to get it to boot back in. So, I've lost trackpad as well as audio now too... This issue is still valid.

EDIT: I just rebuilt my kext cache by running kext Utility.app and now sound and trackpad are working after a reboot. So I don't know... You guys should try doing everything from scratch and then running kextUtility.app right before your final reboot and see if that works. I don't even have AppleALC or Lilu in LE anymore.

try lastest voodooI2C.
you can find it github!

Every upgrade or re-install requires a full kext cache rebuild. Otherwise trackpad or sound will act up is my experience. However results are inconsistent, until it works that is.

I'm having an issue where my trackpad will sometimes freeze for 20, 30 seconds sometimes up to a minute before activating again. Keyboard remains functional but trackpad won't respond. Closing lid so it goes to sleep or rebooting helps. Any ideas?

@rolsanmordua is this still happening with the latest VoodooI2C updates?
