Make Player() class
Count() method:
Count how many of each suit, how many of each face card (or ace) are played
PlayCard() method:
If card in Hand is trump, play it
If no trump card, play lowest legal card
If you play first card, play lowest card
If counter for a suit is >10 and that suit is trump, play highest card of trump
If counter for a type is >3 and you have that type, and type is correct suit or trump, play card
If you have no trump or same suit, play lowest card
