Appears to be failing with kitchen version v1.4.0

We've updated our test servers with the latest chefdk install, which rolls out kitchen version 1.4.
Kitchen-cloudstack appears to be failing to capture the password now when the instance is created, and it cannot login. Has anyone else had chance to test with this version?
