Bi-Weekly periodic check

TL;DR
This GH repo is now home many samples. Overtime this may likely to grow even further.
To ensure that all samples are adhere to new changes, I propose a bi-weekly automated checks.

Using periodic schedular as a trigger, run CICD test for all samples.
