Add current governance prop outcome

It's sometimes a bit hard to guess what's an ongoing proposal outcome.
Would be awesome to have a hint to what's the outcome with current votes.

Plenty of space to add it

with an hint like "Currently passing"/"Currently rejected (with veto)"/etc.
