Adding a command to display the list of terminusdb server tags available

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is a bit difficult to know and set the terminusdb server version when runnning the script. by default it is always choosing the latest. To know the tags available, it is required to look into the repository of the terminusdb server.

This can be a problem when setting up a container for testing, evaluation, or investigation purpose, among other situation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a command, to the terminus-container script, to collect the list of available tags, from the terminusdb server repository, would ease such task.

This is a great idea. We can try to get to it as soon as we have someone available, but we're also happy to take a PR if you want to have a go!

I am not specifically in a hurry, I just think this could be a great addition to the toolset.

As for submitting a PR, I don't think I will be able to do so, I lake the time for so much stuff, that, this one would be simply added to the pile :(
