How we can use PASCAL VOC 2012 checkpoint for Semantic segmentation

Hi, I want to use PASCAL VOC 2012 weights from here for Semantic segmentation with new image. I want to use this models for inference. How I should use that?
Do you now any python code or jupyter notebook for inference?
