I have en error in the exam of tensorflow certificate

Everthing is already for this exam, When I use pycharm to sign in with my google account, I have pass the google account. The broswer said that you have signed in to the Certification Assistant. You can close this window and return to your IDE. However, I return to pycharm but it said "An error occured while trying to sign in: Connection reset". I dont know why it happened.
