Enhance (community-input-group): change input group min-width

Description
- InputGroup min-width is previously set to 200px to ensure search button appears in mobile devices (see #470)
Recommendation
- However, it is recommend to set minimum width to be 100% width of the parent container when in mobile or less than the value of 4 columns in XL breakpoint
