Dead Links in documentation

All links in the "Getting Started" are dead. Looks like Microsoft moved the location for documentation. Its even broke in their own documentation. Recommend updating. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/node-js/node-js-driver-for-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver16
Hi @richfergus , the links for "Getting Started" seems all working for me. I post the links down below. Could be some kind of server down time cause the dead links. Maybe give it another try, and see if it works now.

Thanks for point this out. I think I found the dead links: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/node-js/node-js-driver-for-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver16#documentation. Will try to figure out what happened to those, and also fix the links within our readme.
