I got the error - {code: ESOCKET} in windows server 2019

I installed the SQL Server on the windows server 2019.
And I tried to access to the mssql from node backend.
At that time, I get that error.
Can you provide a bit more details on this, such as your connection configuration and which version of tedious you are current using?
