Ethernet support broken for core 3 builds

Both W5500 and LAN8720 result in a crash if booting on a core 3 build. Need to investigate the reason, removing the custom drivers and using code from ESP IDF 5 could fix the issue.
Can this be closes as fixed with recent commits?
