Totally random warp will send you someplace totally random. Randomly.
Including inside of planets or other ships? Should there be a fun animation? Being secure driven, we can instantly put any ship anywhere
Space should be dangerous. You fly into a warp, anything can happen. You could end up as a whale. Or a bowl of petunias.
