stop forcing linux only downloads in init.go

why do you force linux downloads (and commands) on windows computers? makes the lib unusable in its current state. from past issues i can see that this has been a problem for the past 2 years, maybe its time for a new selenium library for go as this one is honestly dogshit.
maybe most golang lib are just optmized for linux
