[SALTSTACK] -Unable to install sift

Getting error as below

A lot of failures are caused by the apt system being locked
or unhealthy.

Before opening an issue in GitHub, please check to see if
your apt system is healthy.

Try running 'apt-get update' then remove any packages that
aren't used by running 'apt-get autoremove'

Hi @Anithaguni , please update the SIFT CLI and try the install again. That should fix the problem!

Hi @Anithaguni , did you have success with the new CLI version?

Closing due to age, this has been addressed in the latest version of the SIFT CLI. Please also note, that once teamdfir/sift-saltstack#80 is merged, SIFT CLI will be officially deprecated as of March 1, 2023, and is replaced with cast
