wrong toggler color

toggler's knob is currently --bit-bg-color (default - white)

This is inappropriate, for example we can see it in this custom Christmas theme:

should be - --on-primary-color (default - white).
(legacy - --bit-text-on-accent)
This looks better in all circumstances.
