Decision history for vocabulary changes

Currently there is a single decision history for Darwin Core: http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/history/decisions/index.htm . Should this history morph into a history of decisions for all TDWG vocabularies, or should there be a separate decision history for each vocabulary?
There is now a single decision history at http://rs.tdwg.org/decisions, where all Executive Decisions are recorded for all vocabulary changes.
