I can't share my calendar with the URL

I can't share my calendar with the URL you give me, how can I solve this problem?
I try to link it to my outlook and thunderbird email but it does not work either.

What error are you experimenting exactly? Can you give more details?
I can use the url on Thunderbird without problems (I don't have Outlook to test)
