Some file paths are hard coded

The default settings file is not opening correctly, when using the menu (Preferences > Package Settings > PlotGraph > Settings -- Default).
The README also does not open correctly.
This occurs, when the package is installed as .sublime-package.
Added a .no-sublime-package file, to avoid the zipping by PackageControl.
