Avoid packaging by PackageControl

User has to set python path manually.
Therefore, changes in the package dir have to be possible.
Unless I can solve it through a proper settings file.
The python executable path can be set via a .sublime-settings file (Packages/User/PlotGraph.sublime-settings).
That file will overwrite the default setting of the package.
