Add setting to control show/hide of ouput.exec panel

Currently, if something is going wrong, you have to go into the source plotgraph.py and enable the ouput.exec panel.
By default I am suppressing this panel, because it is not needed when everything works fine.
If something goes wrong though, the output of that panel is helpful for debugging.
To be able to show that panel, without messing with the source of plotgraph.py it would be nice to be able to control it with a package setting.
