Does HTTP/3 support available?

Hello
I want to test HTTP/3 with wrk, this repo's build supports QUIC but not with any application protocol. I tried with -h option, it shows 11 for http3 in -p.
But while running this
It is sending QUIC packets with no application protocol even with -p 11 option, How can I test my HTTP/3 server with this tool is there any other alternative way for doing this?
