@interactjs/dev-tools/babel-plugin-prod causes babel to crash

Expected behavior

@interactjs/dev-tools/babel-plugin-prod should work as exepected

Actual behavior

Babel crashes with:

Module build failed (from ../node_modules/babel-loader/lib/index.js):
ReferenceError: [BABEL]: require is not defined in ES module scope, you can use import instead
This file is being treated as an ES module because it has a '.js' file extension and 'C:\...\node_modules\@interactjs\dev-tools\package.json' contains "type": "module". To treat it as a CommonJS script, rename it to use the '.cjs' file extension. (While processing: C:\..\node_modules\@interactjs\dev-tools\babel-plugin-prod.js)
