Script to disable opening links in all apps

I have an idea that there could be a script to automatically disable all "open supported links" in apps when user clicks on that option. For example I have somewhere around 100 apps installed and turning it off was a pain. Maybe someone could write some touch macro or use accessibility features to achieve it?
