Percent-encoding doesn't work

The Open Link With 'Browser' doesn't recognize spaces in URLs. Spaces in URLs should be interpreted as "%20".

For example, the URL below

http://moviehaat.net/Data1/movies/hollywood/2023/A%20Good%20Person%20(2023)/A.Good.Person.2023.720p.WEBRip.x264.AAC-[YTS.MX].mp4

is rendered as:

http://moviehaat.net/Data1/movies/hollywood/2023/A

This bug halts redirections. Please solve this problem ASAP.

Chrome seems to handle this problem perfectly. Getting solution from Chromium could be an option.
