EGamma Package used by the Ecal Trigger Team to study turn-ons,spikes, fine grain etc..

This is 7_4_15 version of the entire package to produce turn-ons,study spikes etc. It has been tested to work on Run 2015 C and D data.

(There eventually should be smaller ,neater packages for each study.)
