title bar notification updates

In order to make title bar notifications more evident.
- Animate the text (i.e.: move / rotate / shift ever N seconds)
- Add number of unread messages
I think this is neither a priority nor a funny one right now :), so I recommend pinning the tab so you see a flash when the title updates.
