Hey, can you make sure every one of the items has a skill, duration and status field set up? Interpret the duration as

- 1 day     => < 1 day
- 1 week    => > 1 day && < 1 week
- 1 month   => > 1 week && < 1 month
- 1 quarter => > 1 month && < 1 quarter
- 1 year    => > 1 quarter && < 1 year
- 1 PhD     => > 1 year && open-ended
