Mark empty CODE=OK messages as PING maybe?

In real-life we see multiple empty code=OK messages.
Are those just kind of PING?
Maybe it's best to mark it as such?
Ideally, some way that allows to filter them out, to remove cluttering....
those are not pings, those are some strange empty replies.
