It will allow to continue replication after restarting of tarantool 1.6+.
Same as #2: let's decide whether to do so after @orchaton will publish it's migrator to don't duplicate the effort.
If we'll not implement it, let's add a link to the alternative migrator and briefly describe cons and pros.
