JDBC Driver 3.2.9 TD Server Win3.0.7.1 batchfetch=true cause "cannot get connection xxxx"

Not Sure if it is the bug on TD server of win 3.0.7.1. If so, we must try the docker linux version.
But everything is not sure.
It was verified on latest server, it works fine. Please seriously make sure any upgrade is smoothly and keep compatibility between minor versions.
