Swipe down for custom search engine / action

At the moment it looks like swipe down is exclusively Google Search.

Is there a way to have it either

a) be a different search engine
b) be a custom action like swipe left or swipe right?

Not many people seemed to be using it so this feature was removed in recent updates.
