Love Letter : tie breaker rules are incorrect

Hey! Thanks so much for making this. When we were playing Love Letter, we encountered a bug.
The tiebreaker rules for Love Letter are incorrect; it awarded one of the tied players a win, but not the other. The rules are that both players should be awarded a win. See the rulebook:
