Tooltip on note bottom menu bar [Feature]

Problem
there are so many icons on the note bottom menu bar, but there are no text labels when the user hovers on the icon. for good user experience tooltip should be displayed with text labels
Solution
Tool tip on the bottom note menu bar. when a user hovers on the icon
