Problem
Now, only trash icon have hover color, I think it will be better UX to all icons have other color on hover

Hmm, because I think this will help to better recognising icons meaning and for example people with worse eyesight can easily see the difference between different states of buttons 😁
I don't see the purpose of having rainbow icons. A better solution to making icons more clear would be to have a hover tooltip. The only icon that needs a color is the trash/delete icon, because red alerts the user that the action is dangerous. The rest of the colors have no semantic meaning and honestly make the icons harder to see.
Hmm, maybe you are right, but how are you planning to make this tooltip?
