[Feature] Open links in new tab

Problem
This is UX problem. Notes often contain links to other websites. As a regular user, while navigating these links I would like to keep the note app always staying at its place.

Solution
Make "open links in the new tab" as default or provide an option to enable/disable.

Notes
However I can user Ctrl + Click but this requires two hands, or Right click + Open in new tab, but this requires 2 steps.
