Why?
TOTVS is one of the largest software companies in Brazil and Latin America, being widely recognized in the technology market. Including the TOTVS icon in the icon project increases the value and scope of the project, making it more relevant for companies and developers that use or are inspired by TOTVS.

I don't really understand where the skill comes in ?
The skill is called ADVPL, which is a language from TOTVS that I and many other developers in Brazil and Latin America use. I believe you didn't understand because the ADVPL language does not have a specific icon, but rather the brand refers to the language.
