vim-tool plugin is not loading

vim-tool plugin is not loading

I have installed the package and dependencies. DrRacket does not seem to be loading the plugin. I'm basing this on the missing vim option in the edit menu. I have not found another way to identify what plugins are in fact being loaded. Thanks in advance for the pointers. - E

Can you go to Preferences->Tools and check that it shows "Vim Emulation (loaded)"? If that is present, the "Vim Mode" menu item should pop up in the Edit menu. Otherwise I'm not sure what's going on. DrRacket does need to be reloaded after the plugin is installed.
