Mariadb or Mysql support

Please is anyone using mariadb or mysql gotten this plugin to work ?
How to reproduce ==>
- install gitbucket version 4.28.0
- Go to install plugins from the registry
It will give a notice that it installed but it didnt.
if You check the logs , you will see this ==>>
