Improve window management during interruption of connecting with Taho/MM

Investigate if there's a way to differently handle a case when user during connecting dapp to Taho/MM clicks somewhere outside the extension window.
Currently in such case the window disappears - it's actually not gone completely, but it moves behind the browser window with the dapp. If user does not notice that the window is still there, they may try to connect again and this results in the refused connections (even after refreshes, clearing cache etc).
