Vampire attack changes

Intro
Thursday night we are going to have a new quest.
This quest is going to be what we call a Vampire Attack, meaning that Base is going to try and take users from Arbitrum.
In order to visualise this we need to add 2 images in the dapp. And we will have a bit more explanation about it the details (coming from json so nothing to do there)
