Handle empty Leaderboard case

When there is no leaderboard available for a given realm and a given timeframe we should show the placeholder
Let's not let this block.
Empty leaderboard is using the old image as a placeholder and I think it is fine for now, please reopen @VladUXUI when you'll have new image for empty leaderboard
