Fork with HD and 4K class extensions

Hi @johno and Co.

I've been super satisfied using Tachyons on every single project for a while now.

Long story short, I make a lot of apps which need to support HD and 4K touchscreens, often with different layouts, so have forked the repo to add -hd and -4k class extensions toall the files that use media queries.

It adds ~3kB to the gzip (16.97KB) and it's not universally useful, so not sure if you want a PR? Also let me know if you have any preferences re: attribution, name etc?

Thanks but not interested in adding this in the main build. There are a number of cases to support that are of equal weight (orientation for one) and would cause a larger spike than 3kb when all is said and done. We handle things like this as opt in add on packages that aren't a part of the main build. A small mention of the prior art involved in the fork is always appreciated. Thanks for checking - appreciate it.
