CLI command to run Refresh Wallpaper

@t1m0thyj apologies for commenting on a closed issue, but this is the closest I could find to my ask:
Would it be possible to expose a CLI command to run the "Refresh Wallpaper" command in the "More Options" submenu? Wondering if something like this would be possible:/path/to/wdd.exe --refresh-wallpaper
