Error while setting or switching the theme

• WDD Version: 5.3.1
• OS Version: Windows 10 Enteprise 22H2 (19045.3208)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open WDD (or apply any theme)

Are you using the Microsoft Store version of WDD?: No

This is my report.log: report.log

It seems causes from the System.Private.CoreLib.dll.

My .NET:

• Microsoft .NET Runtime -5.0.17 (x64)
• Microsoft .NET SDK 7.0.306 (x64) from Visual Studio
• Update KВ5028937 (The error happened a few days after I installed this update）

Others:
The 没有注册类 means The class is not registered
The 系统找不到指定的路径。 means The system can not find the specified path.

This error is happening when WinDD attempts to update the lockscreen image.

Until this is fixed, a workaround is to use WinDD only for desktop wallpapers and disable changing the lockscreen image.
