Unicode paste displayed as gibberish in raw text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://pub.microbin.eu/ and create a new paste with content
测试 - Click on Raw Text of the new paste
Expected behavior
Raw text shown as normal readable unicode.
