Send Member NFT

As a new member, I want to receive an NFT signifying my membership in the DAO. This will enable me to log in anytime.
Acceptance Criteria
- NFT is created and sent to the users wallet they authenticate with
- NFT is non-transferrable
- This is what will be done later when new users are voted in, they get sent this NFT to enable them to log in
